DELIVERY

Precision doesn't stop at the workshop. Every Tucci Di Lusso order is prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Our team moves with intention — because the details matter, from the first stitch to your doorstep.

GLOBAL SHIPPING

Tucci Di Lusso ships worldwide via DHL, USPS, and UPS — because great craft deserves a global stage. International clients are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in their country. By placing your order, you accept the role of importer of record. We are not liable for customs charges, storage, or transfer fees assessed by local authorities. Refused shipments returned to us will be refunded for the product value only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.


SHIPPING TERMS

Orders ship to the address confirmed at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to the client upon carrier pickup. Clients are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments. Deliveries are made without a required signature by default — if you prefer a signature upon receipt, notify us before your order ships.


RETURNS

We craft each belt to last. Should something fall short of your expectations, we'll make it right.

Complimentary domestic return shipping is available for exchanges or store credit. Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition within 10 days of delivery. Tucci Di Lusso Belts reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards.

To initiate a return, contact us before shipping — we'll handle the rest. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing upon receipt.


EXCHANGES

A different colorway. A new silhouette. We get it — style evolves. Contact us within 10 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Return shipping is on us.


REFUNDS

Refund requests must be submitted to info@tuccidilussobelts.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


RESTOCKING

If included accessories — shoe horn, shoe bags, or polish kit — are absent from your return, a $15 restocking fee applies.


DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

In the rare event your order arrives compromised, contact us immediately with photo or video documentation. We will prioritize your case and arrange a replacement without delay.


UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages left unclaimed at a carrier facility for more than 14 days may be subject to a handling fee covering return freight and administrative costs.
